Marla Posey
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

A veteran industry professional, Marla combines her experience and perspective as a property management senior-level executive, regional professional and onsite leasing specialist, and brings them to SPARK.
Prior to SPARK'S launch, Marla was responsible for the development, strategic planning and launch of a successful New York City Metro area property management firm as well as their Learning University. Additionally, she held executive and regional roles with several NYC Metro and Washington D.C. Metro area developers and property management firms including one of the 25th largest real estate owner/managers in the country.

Her expertise ranges from management, employee development, marketing, disposition + acquisition of assets, and rehabilitation and redevelopment of communities.
​
Looking to expand her reach, she launched SPARK Multifamily Learning + Consulting in 2015 to work with firms throughout the country.
Marla is a respected National Speaker, a National Apartment Association Education Institute Faculty Member, Author, Motivational Speaker, Corporate Trainer, tech and trend geek, and a regular contributor to printed and digital industry publications. Additionally, she is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.

She believes in exciting innovation, modern ideas, and technology-driven education, and has built the SPARK Multifamily brands around these core elements.

Jordan brings the millennial edge to SPARK, providing valuable insight and perspective, as well as designing SPARK’S innovative education options and teaching practices. She develops programs that will provide a superior learning experience and advanced level of retention by the attendees and participants, utilizing a "Hear, See, Do" technique.
Prior to joining SPARK, Jordan was a regional marketing and leasing professional with S.L Nusbaum Realty Co., as well as Morgan Properties, one of the 25th largest real estate owner/managers in the country.
During her tenure with Morgan Properties, she assisted in the launch of a new employee engagement and development program, targeted specifically for marketing and leasing professionals.

At SPARK she combines her regional level marketing and leasing experience with her passion for learning and educating.
​
She enjoys volunteering and has worked as a Operations Committee Member for Rutgers University, as well as organizations such as Winter Wishes and the Susan G. Koman Foundation of Greater New York City.

Jordan holds both a Masters of Education and Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Rutgers University.
